A medium sized dog will choke on this. Its small and noisy. We have a small yorkie, maybe 1/4 the size of a average Westie. It was fine for him. He seemed to enjoy it and for a while had fun with it. Took him 3 days to destroy it. He tore the blue rubber coating off and cracked the ball. Had to toss it. Not worth the price, no matter what you pay. Read more

My miniature dachshund LOVES this!! It's small enough to fit in her mouth and she enjoys chasing it around very much. It is good for a small dog, it bounces around crazy enough for her. I'm not real sure how entertaining a large dog would find it though. Read more

Keeps my puppy occupied and best thing is it automatically turns off at 10 minutes off bouncing around, so far so good. Not good for big dogs ball is hard plastic but may easily break apart if chewed by bigger aggressive dogs, my dog is a little pomchi. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I got one for my mom's Shitzu (2f) and she loved it. My Yorkie (10m) feel in love with it over there too, so he also got one! Mine never really played with balls and doesn't play with toys now, but he has fallen in love with this ball and even figured out he can turn it on & off. It's just the right size and weight for both of them to pick up. Noise isn't bad unless it gets stuck in a corner or under something non-fabric (it seems to get itself unstuck easily). It goes for about 10 minutes before shutting off, but can be turned back on for more play! Battery seems to last a while! Update: The case is not as durable as I thought. Mine doesn't actively chew, but picks it up and drops it and the case is now to a point I can't let him have it any more. He's only played with it for two sessions, less than a 1/2 hour total. I bought one of these for my chihuahua. It quickly became her favorite toy. It was hilarious listening to the vibrations echoing from her mouth when she carried it. Unfortunately, it was very fragile and stopped working after one week. I bought another hoping that the first was defective, but, sadly had the same experience. It would earn a 5 if it were durable. This toy has a pup who doesn't bother with toys, running all over the room to chase it. It's great. The functional pause between movement is perfect because he starts to pick it up, but then it starts moving again. The hard surface ensures he won't chew it. Toy broke on the first day. Also... Very small. The biggest dog that should play with this toy is a Yorkie or Chihuahua to avoid hiking hazards. Super disappointed in the product. My puppy loved it, but it didn't last very long. Our other dogs couldn't touch it because they risked choking. It is not resistant to chewing at all. It functioned fine for about an hour. It's relatively loud for a dog toy. I guess you get what you paid for, but I think this should be priced at $3 if it's going to break that fast. Overall, value wasn't worth it.
