I have ordered these multiple times. Every time I was very happy with them. What I really like about them is the size, the durability, the strength, and the fact that they are lockable. I use them as storage in the garage and don’t have to worry about bugs getting in. They are also waterproof, at least in the rain. However, my last two orders have had broken boxes inside. When the first box came with broken boxes, I simply contacted Amazon and drove the 30 minutes away to Amazon return store and did the return and then drove 30 minutes back home. Within a few days, I received my next box of boxes and And I was happy and content. Then I ordered some more boxes since we are beginning to pack for a Move and wanted to store some things. Unfortunately, in that next order, there was also broken boxes. I was very dismayed and quite upset quite frankly. Out of six orders to have two of the boxes have broken items inside it was very disappointing. In my opinion, the broken boxes occurred by the shipping company. In my opinion, also, a different company should be used or packing needs to be improved. I’m still giving this four star review because the boxes themselves are fantastic. I received broken bins and lids. I called customer support several times leaving messages with no response. 7 Nov. I emailed customer support with pictures, order information explained damaged items. 8 Nov. Iris US Celina Garcia, customer serv. rep. replied with the following info: Thank you for contacting us. We apologize that happened with your product. Do you know the exact model of your item? If not, can you send a picture of the label? Where was the original place of purchase? Can we have your shipping address, please? Could you check the bottom of the unit? The item will have a circle and an arrow pointing to which state it manufactured. (AZ, PA, TX or WI) This will help reduce instances such as this from occurring. Can you check for the second circle that has a number 1-12 and 2 numbers inside the circle? Bins are nice , very big, sturdy build. No packaging for protection, just a cardboard box. My 6 pack had broken latch and one latch that came off. The one that came off snapped right back on. I wish I could contact the seller to get a latch sent to me , but Amazon is only giving me two options return or replace. Both options mean I have to box up and drop them at ups store. I guess I'll just have one bin with out a latch at one end. Kinda sucks ,but much easier option. Would give the bins 5 stars if they could get them here in one piece. Read more

Package arrived without visible dents or damage to the box. Upon opening immediately noticed the top lid was damaged. When fully taken out all the lids have damages and cracks 4/5 are at the section that has the hole for the lock. 1/5 was the opposite corner. The bins itself are mostly fine except one. Which latch was broken off. Another one had come off but the pin wasnt broken like the first one. Overall they're somewhat usable but the feature for being lockable is entirely defunct. The lids are thinner than the bins and seemingly prone to cracks, damage and perhaps crystalization. The capacity is good for about the same amount as a backpack. Read more
