The product listing mentions self-adhesive strips that you can use to mount the shelf if you don’t want to secure it to the wall (which I can’t, as I’m in a rental property). This product doesn’t come with self-adhesive strips. It comes with a wall-mounting kit, glue, and “auxiliary stickers” (never heard of until I got this). The instructions on these stickers were in broken English, and there was no other instructions with the product, so I was kind of left to my own devices. And the tiny tube of glue didn’t work. I had to buy the self-adhesive strips myself to get the thing up like you see in the photo. So just be aware that if you purchase this, you either have to drill into the wall or glue it to the wall, there’s absolutely no self-adhesive solution that you won’t have to purchase yourself. I got this to add additional shelf space to a tub and shower. I did not want to drill into the tile, nor did I want to glue anything on it, but the idea of a self stick tape appealed to me. My experience thus far with double sided tape, thus far, has been positive,as it adheres to most surfaces quite well. So I was extremely disappointed when I discovered that the tape, was not double sided. I defy anyone to try to peel the other side of the paper off the tape they include, to stick the Shower Caddy onto the wall. If seller had no intention of sending double sided tape, they should not have they would. I gave it 2 stars because it is made well, but I can't use it if I can't put it on the wall, the way I wanted to. Read more
