Must read! I purchased my first scooter in October. Within two months it gave me an error code E3 and just completely shut down while my daughter was riding back from school. I brought up the issue with the seller and they sent me a new one with no charge. Within one month the same error code popped up in the same thing happened! I had to go pick her up because the scooter is so heavy! Never purchased this scooter! They have a manufacturing error. Do not purchase! Read more
Update..NO Dice, DO NOT BUY faulty charging issue with this model
Scooter was A Christmas present, however, the scooter will not charge and to replace the scooter looks like its going to be a hassle and if I want a replacement, earliest possible replacement is 2 and a half weeks until delivery so it blows the entire Christmas break. Merry Christmas ya filty animals Update........I increased the product to 4 stars, After some back and forth I did manage to get a replacement from I scooter and the kids are happy again Update to the Update!! May 2025!!! The replacement scooter has stopped working, the same charging problem the original one had, these things are expensive junk and wont last 2 months of riding them. Ok for the price I suppose
Bought for a smaller 9 year old girls birthday. It has been about a year now and she is still using it to get to school and back. It has had some slight issues like one of the rear wheel axle bolts completely fell out and got lost. I connected support via a link i found through the Amazon app and explained the exact model and bolt that was missing (as I wanted to know what the length and thread pitch was) only to be responded to with more unnecessary questions runaround for such a simple question. I stopped conversing with them and found out the bolt size when I got my hands on the scooter. I was trying to find and buy the bolt before the scooter was brought to me. Is an ok scooter with some obvious telltale chinese engineering to it. Read more

My daughters wanted electric scooters for Christmas. We searched many of the available options on here but after reading other reviews, and the details, we decided on this. Weight and size are perfect for them now and as they grow. It’s already been used so much and battery last a while. Easy to put together. Read more
