Was looking for a convenient way to commute to my work. Only a mile away and with the weather improving... an e-scooter seemed logical. Easy to fold and carry. Far easier than bringing my e-bike all the time. Unfortunately about two weeks using it I got in an accident with a truck. Broken throttle and bent rear brake caliper! Rendering it useless. However this companies customer support is top tier! I was sent replacements for all the parts that were damaged. Even though this would be out of warranty. Amazing 👏 thrilled to not be forced into buying another scooter or parts! It rides great, solid suspension and just the right amount of speed for my needs! Solid built scooter. I'm never buying any dam products from this company, the scooter I purchased came with the rear tire not assembled properly, absolutely no proper deal was on the tire to stop air from leaking, no hole in the tube or tire, the tire was just not properly assembled, and trying to make a return on top of the fact I bought a 3-year warranty as well. They tried every trick in the book to not send a paid shipping label. They wanted me to pay $200 shippingly for a scooter that came with the back tire that was messed up, after mobile attempts to tell them or ask, why do I have to pay money to return a defective item? They consistently kept asking me to send videos of the tire which I did to then only give me one solution and that was to send a new tube Even after repeatedly telling them the tube is not the issue. Then once I actually look at the scooter they made the model of scooter I purchased damn near impossible to even fix yourself. They put screws and bolts in places that are not accessible to any customer without and flipping any kind of damage on a scooter itself. Which then would void any warranty that you purchased and that's the part why I figured out the company is a scam I purchased the S10 plus and it took four people to try and figure out how to take off the back tire without causing any unnecessary damage to the scooter itself. After looking at videos on YouTube, the S10 pro the version of a scooter before. Mine has a very simple and easy uninstalling and installing of the rear tire. For some reason the company chose to do a similar design but put more reinforced pieces covering the screws that you need to access to take off the back tire. After days of trying to get a paid label and failing and not being able to return the scooter due to the fact of they just won't honor the reason why I want the scooter returned and an exchange. Me and my friends finally got the back tire off and we literally had to break parts of the scooter to get it off. Just to come and find out that the company put sealing rubber sealant on both of all the screws and also put rubber sealing and glue over top of the desired screw areas we needed to access to remove the scooter. So in other words, simple stickers and clip-on plastic that is on the S10 pro has been swapped out with reinforced sealed pieces that basically force you to have to force pieces off which will then cause small damages to the scooter which then will avoid your warranty whenever ever going to buy any product from with company again. So far so good. Was able to go about 21 miles on for 70% charge. Fairly quick, especially when just charged. I see it top off at 29mph. The ride is smoother than other scooters I have tried. The cruise control is a bit annoying at first. I'm sure if you are not in a city where you need to stop or slow frequently, this is great, but I didn't like that it would automatically turn on. I have since disabled. I like the park feature. Would be great if it had an actual gps, if it was ever lost or stolen. Guess you can't have everything. Read more

Engineers review. Quality scooter well made designed for probably typical commuter. Keeping in mind that I am 225 lb the scooter felt reasonably comfortable for the price. I understand that it was probably designed for 170 lb rider. The range was less than expected due to Rider weight however the suspension made the scooter a lot more comfortable.
