Easy to use. Helps our little gunky baby, but she definitely does not like it. I don't blame her though! I'm not expecting it to forever remove her tear stains. Our vet already performed a surgical flush. They said in some cats when they had the issue long enough, it becomes permanent. All we can do is clean her up here and there. I don't quite agree with the directions stating to use it 3-4 times a day, but i guess that means it's fairly safe if you can do it that often. I ordered this for my dog whose eye has been suffering from allergies. We started with an antibiotic from the vet, but even after using that all up her eye still waters and drains. I wipe her eyes first with a warm washcloth, then put these in just to keep her eye clean and moisturized. She doesn’t fight me at all and it truly seems to be giving her relief. I started doing it at night as well, but now we are just doing it once in the morning. I’m going to keep this in my arsenal for spring when allergies tend to stir up. Read more

I have a senior mini dachshund who will be 17 in February. She’s been having problems with her eyes lately, especially the left one. I ordered this gentle eye cleaner to help her out. She doesn’t like having her eyes messed with but she didn’t fight me when using this and a warm wash cloth so clearly it is actually gentle and if you look at the pictures you can see that it works as well. It’s easy to use. It definitely makes it easier to clean off the tear stain and eye area irritations. The current $10 price point is great because it is effective. I am not worried about the safety because it is definitely gentle and doesn’t cause any additional problems. Well the eye drops don’t hurt the dog. So I give the product 4 stars. Now how this company thinks I’m going to get my dog to lay on his back and hold still while I try and flush out his eyes is another story. Instead I just squeezed some on a paper towel and wiped his eyes. Read more

Dog/cat eye wash solution to remove the brown tear stains. Works ok.. not going to remove heavy staining with just 1 use, will need to do some follow ups. Way easier to work with on dogs .. ever try to get a cat to hold still if it doesn't want to?? Wil say that once the eyes are cleaned up the animal is in more comfort as the hairs are not pulling and tugging and they quit pawing at their face. Ok value for money as it saves you (probably) from having to go to the vet for a clean up... This isn't to clear up infections... It's just to get rid of the brown stains from the tears. Read more
