This is not an application that can be downloaded--the "download" consists of an HTML document with a link to "activate" the software. This is a 3-month subscription to a web application hosted on ITILPRIME.COM that presents the questions for review. I can't find anything in the description that tells you that this product will expire in 90 days. The material is good, but the description of this product is entirely misleading. Read more
