Just bought two packages- 1 as a white elephant gift and 1 as a gift to a friend. When trying to find a gift, I kept thinking “what would I be excited to receive?” And then I came across these glasses. My husband and I opened one of the boxes to check them out before giving them out as gifts and we both really like the glasses. They’re cool and would make a great Christmas gift, in my opinion. They’re perfectly sized. I’m excited to announce “they’re handmade” once the gift is opened. Read more

Great quality and cool concept. I love the fact that these are recycled from glass bottles. Every cup is just a bit different, which adds to the charm imo. It’s worth noting that these are a bit smaller than the average tumbler, so keep that in mind. I knew this when ordering and found the slightly smaller size cute. Read more

I love these little recycled glasses. Funnily enough my son tried to make something similar to this a few years ago using a string, boiling water, and ice cold water. He was unsuccessful but got close a couple of times, and it was fun trying! Now there are these little cuties already made and waiting to be used. They are a really nice weight to hold in your hand. They are not so light that they are fragile, and not too heavy where they are burdensome. I have arthritis in my hands and have no problem holding these at all. They come packaged very nicely- easily giftable. I agree with another reviewer that they came with a bit of an odor, but it’s easy enough to pop in the dishwasher and re box them if you are gifting. Each glass is just a little bit different from the other. I think a couple of mine aren’t perfect circles ( the rim) which I actually love. That they are recycled and handmade shows through, and I love the thought of both.we use ours for drinking wine. I think they would be too small to use as a water glass ( but we drink a lot of water), and maybe better used for wine or alcohol. These are for sure a conversation starter- everyone who sees them loves them! I highly recommend. Read more

I've always wanted to make my own recycled glasses from bottles, but that's just not my specialty, so I got these instead! These glasses were packaged very securely, and arrived in perfect condition. they always bring out a bit of a rustic vibe whenever we use them. The color of the glass is soooo pretty to me, and they're always complimented on! If I would've attempted to make my own, they definitely wouldn't have looked anything like this lol. I also used one as a propagation glass for my plants, and the roots grew out really quickly in that glass compared to my clear glass! Read more

I was immediately intrigued when the cute little box arrived and on the outside read “I was a wine bottle” followed by “100% handmade and upcycled”. Call me a hippie but when I read that I was pretty much in. I wasn’t let down when I took out the glasses themselves. With a nice caramel brown glass tone, the dimpled bottoms, they really look like some hi-ball glasses made out of wine bottles that were all perfectly chopped at the right height and their edges smoothed out for a pleasant feel on your lips. Such a simple but uniquely elegant idea and they almost a conversation piece in themselves. A few friends that have stopped by already had noticed them and asked where I found these. These would make for a good gift also. Came in a pack of 6. Read more

I ordered these because my husband is forever leaving small water glasses near sinks all over the house, and I wanted a more appealing option since - after nearly 20 years it appears he’ll never stop this habit. These glasses are beautiful. I love the idea of upcycling bottles for this purpose. These are on the smaller size - they hold a bit more than 8 ounces - but are perfect for juice glasses, cocktails, or water glasses that your husband leaves dotted around the house. They’re nicely weighted, and the drinking edges are smooth. They came perfectly packaged, and shipped quickly. These would make a great gift for a housewarming, or someone who likes making craft cocktails. They’re also a great value. Read more
