The IZOD Short Sleeve Men's Dress Shirt has a very classic look to it. I got the Phlox Pink color and it looks as expected. The shirt comes as though it's going to be shown in a store, with the collar cardboard and 6 pins holding everything in a nice tidy package. However, between pulling out all the pins, removing the collar cardboard, the clear plastic forms for the front of the collar, etc., it felt like I was taking apart a carburetor! The shirt is nice, definitely a regular fit rather than a relaxed fit. The sides are flat and straight down from the armpits, so if you have a larger belly, the belly of the shirt will fit a little tighter. For me, it's a little snug around the belly and middle but not horrible. It resists some wrinkles, but still needs some ironing if you want it perfect, despite the description mentioning that it's wrinkle free. Although I assume it's not meant to be worn perfectly ironed, as it's more business casual or restaraunt casual. It washes well and feels comfortable to wear. I will say that I don't understand the "all over stretch" verbiage describing this shirt. It feels like a fairly normal dress-casual shirt, and doesn't feel stretchy. I certainly wouldn't want to wear it tight or it would pull at the front buttons and look awkward. Overall, it's a decent shirt and it will work great for a work casual or restaurant casual setting.
