This is actually the second one that I received because the first one had a manufacturing defect. It was replaced right away so I am very pleased with that. This machine has pros and cons, and a couple of the cons are, admittedly, because of user error. The biggest con for me is that it is way taller than what I had envisioned. I have a small kitchen with small cabinets that are pretty close to the top of my counters which means that this juicer does not fit under them. It has to go in a different shelf (which really isn't a bad thing) but that means I have to do a lot more moving around with it than what I had planned. Another con is that the assembling and taking apart has a learning curve involved. I figured it out but it took a minute. And now let's talk about the pros. The most important pro and the reason why I bought this machine to begin with is because the pulp is almost sawdust when it comes out. So different from my centrifugal juicer (which still works by the way) that it's hard to believe it's supposed to serve the same purpose. The juice does not readily separate, and is absolutely delicious. FWIW, I tend to use firmer fruits and vegetables such as celery, carrots, apples, ginger, etc. If you prefer leafy greens, pears, or other soft fruits or veggies, your pulp may be not quite as dry. I think it really does come down to the produce you use. If the quality of the juice/ pulp is important to you then you cannot go wrong with this machine. I am still amazed that the pulp is so dry when ejected. And the juice is, of course, quite delicious. In addition, I like that I can put whole apples and other fruits and vegetables in without having to chop them up into small pieces as I've done with other auger style juicers. The media could not be loaded. Good value for the price, easy to assemble and easy to break down. Cleaning it is a breeze and I hate washing dishes (btw) juice quality is great. I like this juicer because of its wide mouth. It will make a glass and a half if you have it full of fruits and vegetable. For me, this is more convenient over the smaller mouth juicers. Less work, less time, juicing, flavorful juice works very well. In comparison with some of the smaller mouth juicers, this doesn't have a setting for different pressures.For grinding. There are also some juicers. That will make ice cream or sorbet.Other than that, this is a great juicer. Most of the pulp comes out dry, like it should.So you're getting more juice per serving highly recommend. Read more

This is an impressive juicer. Very large capacity and is gentle yet very efficient for the price. It is relatively quiet, very easy to use. Cleaning thoroughly is important, but with the added brush, it cuts cleaning time down. Very reliable and built to produce fast results and high quality juice.
