I'm very happy with the purchase of my Jackery Explorer 240 v2 Power Station. I keep it on my night stand for its ability to quick charge/run my surface computer, e-pads, phones, and other electronics requiring lower AC-DC power. And it's great for short power stoppages and simple lighting needs around the house. Super convenient when I don't want to pull out either of my larger Jackery Explorer 1000s. Even my electronically savvy son was impressed with it's capabilities, and that's saying a lot! Read more
Great price and product. I did receive the incorrect cable converter for the solar panel. Made a phone call and the person who answered, knew exactly what I needed. It was sent to me no charge. I wish I had written down his name. Very helpful and friendly, great customer service. Read more
The fact that this doesn't come with the Solar DC to USB adapter is on it's own the reason I gave this 4 stars. I already don't really agree with Solar over USB being the only Solar charge method, the fact that the adapter isn't included makes it worse. My 100w folder with native 45w USB PD output is generally able to fully charge it on a nice day. I would sooner use a 100w panel limited to 45w native usb than a smaller panel and use the DC-USB adapter. My 30w folder with 20w usb works decent enough, but it's not gunna get a full charge in a day. As for things I like. It works fine with Native USB solar panels, charging at very low wattages that other power stations will not register, The AC idle self-consumption seems quite good, and there are minimal losses while using this as a USB power bank from other idle losses. In terms of refurb/renewed quality, there was some minor scuffs on the exterior of the product but nothing major. Everything seems to function at a new or like-new level. Read more
There was a small problem with a missing cable from the solar panel to the Jackery. I contacted them, and they sent the cable right away. I love this for charging my phone and laptop while out camping. I am now considering a bigger one for home use when the power goes out. Read more
