This clock is not as big as I was picturing in my head, but it is great just the way it is. It is easy to program. The directions are easy to follow and the remote makes it foolproof! It is easy to read from anywhere in the room. It does have numerous colors for the numbers, however I would really like to have everything just one color instead of two, but it's not a game-changer for me. Read more

I didn't think I'd like this thing so much, but it's been genuinely life changing. It's big, aesthetic, matches the mood of a house with a lot of warm lighting. I tend not to know what time, day of the week, or date it is, so having all of these in one is perfect. You can read it from the couch without glasses. I ended up buying a second one for the workshop, and now I want one for my GFs living room, because I keep looking at her shelves for a clock that isn't there. There's a remote that comes with it, which I used for setup and promptly lost. That's been fine. You can adjust for daylight savings time etc using buttons on the side. It's remembered the time and date correctly during many small power outages, so it doesn't need to be reset or adjusted. I got the variant with white large text and orange small text. The orange is perfect with warm lighting (much richer IRL than in the photo). The white is a little bit cooler (bluer) than I'd like, but it's not too drastic. Really cool and useful to see the date. Temperature is also accurate and useful to monitor my equipment room. Took off a star for the underside light, that looks terrible and nothing like the pic. Nice to be able to adjust color and dim settings. Don't be lazy , you must buy a cable cover with this if you are planning to mount it on a wall. Read more

First of all, the instruction manual very clearly gives the seller’s contact information on every page, so it’s easy to know how to address any issues. More on that in a bit. For me, the clock worked great right out of the box. I had been looking for a clock for our garage since I do a lot of work out there and needed to stay on top of my schedule at a glance without having to stop and pull my phone out of my pocket. This one fit the bill. I was able to set it up easily with no problems. The display is nice, bright, and easy to read. I appreciate how distinct the time, day of the week, day of the month, year, and temperature are. I have ADHD, and the way that the necessary information is both lit up and laid out works very well for the way my brain processing information. Now for why I needed customer service: Although manual setting of the clock is possible via the buttons on the side of the clock, the instructions mention multiple times that it is recommended to set the clock with the included remote. I was able to do so at first. A few minutes later, I realized that I had not set the date properly and attempted to use the remote again. This time, the clock was not responsive when I pressed the remote buttons. I tried changing the remote’s battery as the instructions recommended, but that didn’t fix whatever the issue was. I emailed the seller at the email address in the instruction manual, and heard back almost immediately, which impressed me. A replacement remote was on its way within an hour of my initial support request, and I received appropriate email updates at each stage of the replacement process. It was so easy, and I was so impressed! I buy so much on Amazon and am so busy that I rarely make the time to write reviews. However, the exceptional customer service I received from this seller made me want to actually make the effort to let others know about it.
