Jansport has been around for many years. I hadn’t had a product from them since a kid. Ordered this shoulder bag & no surprise to me the quality was still top tier. Fits great. My son has the matching lunchbox and backpack. We LOVE the quality of JanSport. You can always depend on JanSport to hold up with wear and tear (my son is 11 yrs old). He uses this Sling bad as his Diabetic Bag. Again, very durable. Simple design (he loves that it’s just black and not kiddie at all). Holds and stores a ton of his supplies. Read more

Great bag for day to day. I use it as my "man purse" and its awesome to keep your keys, a book, snacks for the kids, etc. missing one star because it's slightly too small to hold a standard iPad.. like, it fits, but it's really tight and a bit awkward. I've been using the same Jansport backpack since high school, so when I wanted a smaller sling bag, I figured I'd go with the brand that already survived 10+ years of near daily use. This bag is great for storing a few essential items, perfect for concerts that allow small bags. It's comfortable to wear and the pockets are easily accessible without fully taking it off. I like that you can unclip the strap to make the bag either left or right handed. I can't say anything about long term durability yet since I've only had it for a few weeks, but it's perfect so far.
