I am always happy when I can find a fun corset that fits my short torso. For under $20 this is satisfactory for what it is. I am taking 1 star off because of the over exaggerated curves in the ad pictures, when it is more of a straight side corset. But it will dress up your costume in a fun way and can provide a mild compression. This is a really great value for a costume piece like this. It appears to be well sewn of a sturdy satin material (I've sewn corsets in the past, and I can confirm the construction is solid). There is a metal front busk (the separating part with hooks) and metal eyelets, with a satin ribbon and a satin modesty panel at the back. The boning seems to be plastic, not steel, and the boning channels are sewn with a nice flocked fabric, so they are soft against the body. I found the sizing to be accurate. I ordered an XXL and currently I have a 34" waist and wear a 36 band on my bra. I am short-waisted, and the corset spans from just below my waist to just under my bust. The modesty panel allows for some flexibility in sizing, but at a 34" waist, I actually needed most of the panel to span the lacing gap. If you are larger than my measurements, you could cut out the modesty panel for more sizing flexibility. It looks really good, and it's not super structured so it's fairly comfortable for a few hours of costuming. Not sure anyone would want or need to wear it all day. That said, it's a fun costume piece at a good price, perfect for pirate costumes, ren faires, hobbit costumes, etc. I'm glad to have it in my costume stash. Read more

This wasn't the corset that it was supposed to be. I expected a full torso corset, and a corset belt is what came. So it's technically not the right product. The ribbon is also small, and I will have to replace it (I expected to replace the ribbon anyway). Read more

Excellent garment for the price. It fits to size. Feels good on. Has good firm structure. No boning, but this isn’t the price point for that. The shape is solid though. Seams are well seen. No scratchy parts. Fits snug under where you want it to be snug. Nice shiny titanium white. And affordable enough that when wine or something get in it, it’s not the end of the world. This corset is pretty standard, it lines up with the quality and usability of other similar ones I’ve bought before. The clasps and back ribbon is also the same as the one I bought through Aliexpress. However, I think the one aspect that I found a little bit misleading was how the images in the listing make it seem like the from would be a lot longer and span from the hip to right under the bust. In reality, the front only spanned from right below my navel to the bust. There are situations where I might need a shorter corset but I personally prefer the support of a longer corset. I ordered the corset for my wife based on sizing the sizing chart and it was one size smaller than listed. Corset is good in quality with a back flap material to cover exposed skin behind lacing. I gave it 2 stars because of the sizing discrepancy. Read more

This is a fabulous & surprisingly versatile corset. I was looking for something to complete a renaissance style dress, but it also works well with modern blouses & even casual outfits. The color is like a rich milk chocolate & the material has a nice satiny sheen. My natural waist is 37" so I ordered the XL, but the tag on this one shows XXL (which isn't even an option on this product page). However, the measurements seem similar to the XL, so maybe the tag is just wrong. At its tightest (still being able to breath) this thing was able to cinch my waist down to about 33". With the laces fully expanded, it looks like it would go up to around 40" (but you would have to tuck the flap under). The construction itself feels quite sturdy. The front clasps are easy to do up & the boning (likely firm plastic) provides good shape without being too restrictive. The short length makes it relatively comfy to sit in, although the bottom edges did roll up just a smidge. Overall, I really like this piece & I'm very happy with how it looks.
