I've been using this scooter for a long time. Assembly was very easy, and delivery was very fast. My experience with this scooter is very good. I'm currently using it. The battery lasts quite well, and I think the speed is good. In conclusion, a good scooter. What I love about this scooter is the speed, since it has three different modes. Sometimes when I leave early in the morning, I can go at full speed and arrive quickly at my destination. However, for example, when I'm driving in the morning, there are many more cars, so I can set it to speed 1, which makes me feel much safer. Well, in conclusion, a great scooter, a good price, and above all, very safe. Read more
Not a bad little scooter. Not even 15 minute setup out of the box. Very well packaged too. Shipping was 2 days faster than Amazon quoted. Got it up to 23mph on a flat surface. The acceleration is a bit underwhelming but I am used to 3000w setups, and my wife seems happy with it. The speedometer is also very accurate as we tested it against my bike and gps. This thing is very sleek looking, most wires are hidden, brakes work good, and battery life seems adequate all though we haven’t really pushed it yet. The loud horn was a nice touch and the turn signals while unnecessary are nice. The headlight is pretty weak. It does the job but just barely. With how bright low wattage LEDs are today I’m a little perplexed as to why they chose such dim light. But with 99% of our riding being daytime this isn’t an issue for us. My only real complaints are the front wheel has a bad vibration to it. Most likely the tire isn’t seated on the rim correctly which requires deflation and reseating, which is fairly annoying to do on a new scooter but not that big of a deal. Also, the metal rod under the seat used for adjusting the height of the seat is WAY too long. I’m 5’8”, so average height, and have it on the lowest setting and it feels comfortable, and there’s 8” of rod sticking out from the bottom. This looked pretty awful and seems unnecessarily long. Don’t see the vast majority of people needing that much. I just cut off the excess with a grinder wheel and it looks much better. Over all, we are very happy with its looks and performance. If you’re looking for rocket acceleration maybe look elsewhere. If your looking for a smooth ride with sleek looks, and ease of use, this is totally worth it. Read more
Pros: 1. Easy Ride 2. Has decent speed 3. Fun 4. Perfect for small commutes/Student Transportation 5. Decent price 6. Basket (carry a small pet/ a bag of groceries/ small bag/purse/ small items) 7. Battery life 8. Compact 9. Feels better to sit than stand for a long time with a regular e-scooters 10. Perfect "adult toy" if you have knee/back issues 11. Loud Horn/ brake/ headlight included Cons: 1. Depending on your size, if your lighter you'll probably get the max range of 20 mph/range/speed For me 17-18 mph max, haven't used it till the battery drained but assuming I can get 15 mph in range max 2. Seat is uncomfortable after riding awhile, Gonna eventually switch out 3. Wish the LCD Monitor gave you the option to control your speed like the other brand E-Scooters (I also owned a Caroma E-scooter and it has the option to control your speed) 4. So far where I have traveled, I just take it inside with me but also purchased a lock just in case, Doesn't feature an anti-theft option so either take it with you inside if you can or make sure you secure it! 5 I guess its normal but it does take 5-6 hrs to charge fully but overall for a basic, budget scooter, if your not needing all the "bells and whistles" that sum more expensive e- scooters offer, its a cool lil e- scooter! Love this scooter! We use it all the time. Battery lasts quite a while. It's peppy enough for me. Assembly was easy enough. And I love how it folds for easy storage or transport! Great price for this package of features. Read more
The media could not be loaded. So far the Jasion scooter has been enjoyable. I get o.k speed, honestly for my weight, 17mph in mode 1. I've only used mode 1 but it has 3 total. I'm going to assume that the scooter goes faster in mode 2 and 3. The battery, fully charged, took me to where I wanted to go, the store, the park, and I got to see a couple of other acquaintances. The battery only began to drain if I went full throttle for long periods of time. A person I met while out on the scooter told me he was impressed and was actually looking into buying one. I had people ask me several questions about it and I let them know where I got it. It's a cool little scooter, I think, and it's helping me save some gas on my truck. I'm going to customize it a bit, make it more efficient. But as is, it's a head turner with good features that other people have shown interest in and has served me well so far. Read more
So, at a year old, it started having trouble. After a few minutes of riding, it would kill. Through Jasion, they sent a new LCD and throttle, and a new controller, and when that didn't fix it, I was told it was likely electronic components that were "aged" (again...just a year). They then proceeded to offer me a 50$ refund, and when I fussed, they upped it to $70. I told them NOT to send that because I went through the warranty (Asurion), who took the scooter to either be fixed or fully refunded. I'm currently waiting to hear from Asurion, and should by the end of next week. If you dare to get this scooter, I'm telling you, GET the warranty through Amazon because Jasion doesn't expect their product to last much longer than a year.... Update. Scooter WAS fixable and is on its way back to me. Unsure of what was actually wrong with it, there were no details, only a tracking number, and it will return to me tomorrow. Will update again if there are details on the problem. Bottom line is, Jasion could have found out what was wrong and fixed it, but did not due to its "age" Read more
