Our kids are homeschooled and we found this product to be very useful and helpful. The kids really enjoy engaging with learning materials on the big screen and watching videos. It creates a lot more interactive learning experience. The smart board is also very easy to use an intuitive. I also was highly pleased with the level of customer and technical support that the JAV team gave us. We had some issues that we needed to work through and they were very responsive. We never had to wait a long time to get anyone on the phone or in chat. So all around I give JAV five stars for product and customer and technical support. Read more
I was honestly skeptical at first about making such a big purchase, but I’m extremely glad I did. The JAV 65" Smart Board Pro has been impressive from the moment I set it up. The picture quality is stunning, the touchscreen is very responsive, and the overall design looks fantastic in the space. It works great for brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and presentations. The built-in features are smooth and intuitive, and the Google EDLA certification adds a lot of value with easy access to apps and tools. The AI Camera doesn't work to follow the speaker in the room. The echo cancellation is non-existent. With these two things combined it makes virtual meetings useless which was my 2nd most important reason for purchasing. I purchased, fooled around trying to update settings and firmware within the system and with how laggy it is it took me over 30 days to finally realize it's not getting any better. So, now that I'm past my return window here on Amazon I'm stuck with a very expensive touchscreen whiteboard and HDMI secondary display (which doesn't register as an input to your device via touchscreen) as we've had to resort to using our laptop to conduct business with this thing. One of the most intuitve smart boards I have ever used. I am an ABA therapist and I use this in my private clinical practice to work with special needs children. Amazing. Great visually. This digital whiteboard thus far has exceeded my expectations. I wanted it mobile, which may seem crazy for a screen of this size and weight (it is probably 100+ pounds and impossible for 1 person to handle, FYI) and it took some digging to find the right stand, that too is of industrial quality. I am thus far very impressed. One potentially negative note is it may be limited in memory, depending on how you use it. Though not my primary reason for buying it, I did install Google Play Store and "Fruit Ninja" to let my kids try it --thought it would be a good test of its touch screen responsiveness. While the first game it was really impressive, it slowed substantially thereafter ---this may be a memory leak that the application has, or a limitation of the device for such purpose --again not my primary purpose. The camera seems like it is very good, but I think time will tell if its really a 4 or 5 based on its specs and the nature of a heavy user --and potentially switching between apps. Overall I like it a lot --will update if the lag becomes an issue or turns out not to be a problem. It *may* be a good idea for JAV to offer twice the RAM on the device at an additional cost, but we will see. Read more
