I was intentionally looking for something that my autistic kiddo could chew since the more expensive chews were too large. I hooked a paci string in the holes of the small jaw trainer and they’ve loved it ever since. They’re content for HOURS at home and school. These things are hard.... even the softest one. I find myself clinching my teeth even during daytime hours when I'm stressed (often) and it's causing tooth damage. I thought this might save my teeth. It's big and bulky so I'm not really wearing it very much. It's probably great for a jaw workout though. Read more

I’ve been using these for about 3 months now, and can definitely see the results, the only reason I put 4 stars is because the small rectangular pieces started to tear at about 1 month use, and ended up buying another set , which isn’t a big deal since they aren’t much, but I did chew on them for at least 30 minutes to an hour a night so that could be why, but the bigger mouth guard pieces are still holding up, overall I’m pretty satisfied with the set, it just takes patience, remember, it’s a marathon not a race.
