BEWARE - Audio output signal is useless

I installed this system. It sounds pretty good for the $$. I connected a powered sub to the audio output RCA from the amp. NO GOOD. The output does not vary the subwoofer volume. It is fixed. I called JBL tech support. No help. They said it is there design. I told them the audio output is useless. They had no comment. Read more
