I love a JBL portable speaker! My last one I had for over 12 years and it's still going strong, except we have to charge it more frequently. This one is just as good and the sound quality is terrific. I got it on sale so if it lasts me as long as my last one (that was gifted) I think it'll be way worth it. This Bluetooth speaker is smaller than expected, and the sound is far bigger and better than expected. I replace a Bluetooth Speaker that is three times bigger than this little thing, but this thing is FAR SUPERIOR in sound volume and sound quality. This little guy is LOUD. I had a last minute request from a family member to sing at their wedding in their home. I had no equipment to project the soundtrack they requested. I went Amazon and searched for the better rated blue tooth speakers that were wireless and portable. This speaker worked GREAT for this situation. It connected great to my iPhone blue tooth and was plenty loud for me to sing along with. I will find many more uses for the speaker now. It saved the day and at a great price for good quality sound. For a small speaker, this thing packs a punch. I have always regretted not getting JBLs around my house and getting Sonos instead. Sonos is great, but JBL is noticeably superior and less expensive. We have 2 of these speakers and they get used constantly. One has been on multiple beach trips and it plays great despite being dropped in sand and tossed around in bags.
