I was skeptical being a musician. I bought one, love it so much I bought a second one. I won’t list the specs, I’ll tell you why I bought this. I researched every comparable model. I’m a competitive analyst for a manufacturing company and used to analyzing items before purchase. I listen to music in the shower. This thing has the newer Bluetooth protocol, so it doesn’t have dropouts during playback. It has an EQ in the phone app so you can tune it. It does a bass boost and has great mods and highs. I compared it to the Bose, which our band uses Bose, and the JBL was wayyyy more robust. At 30 watts, it overcomes the shower water noise. You can sync your phone and app, and a second iPod or music source simultaneously and it’s waterproof. Mine is outside the shower always plugged in even though it has great battery life. And it’s portable and small. I connected two in stereo, amazing. And it’s a great price in Amazon. I love it. Highly recommended! Read more

My boyfriend’s dad has been blasting music from his phone speakers as long as I’ve known him. I figured it was about time to get him an upgrade. My boyfriend and I gifted it to him for father’s day and he started tearing up! It’s small enough he can toss it in his bag and go, and it has a little strap to carry it or attach it somewhere. It plays loudly considering the compact size, and his sad is obsessed with the way the sides shake with the bass. 10/10 will recommend to everyone. Read more
Definitely middle to slightly upper tier product. If brand names don’t matter to you which includes certain standards in quality like the feel or material used/ style. But because of this same standard rule the product will never be made fully loaded. So that you wont need or really want to buy a better version to get just a week or a month later. Basically I’ll put it like this if you could afford it get it. If you usually buy things that give you the bang for your buck and efficiency of product matters more. If that is your case then I would suggest keep shopping. If I wasn’t such a brand whore I would’ve probably stuck with that wking brand instead. I returned the flip 6 decided to settle on charge 5. I was thinking 2 flip 6 s but just not enough deep base. It’s like running 4 x 8” speakers vs 2 x 10” or 15” speakers, etc. Read more

Hi everyone, JBL flip 6 is probably one of the best portable speakers out there. The size is perfect for outdoor activities pool, camping etc. I tried to match sound quality with cheaper portable speakers but really never came close. Looking at the JBL flip 6 and wonder how in the world can they produce such a great bass and sound quality. I would say spend the extra money to buy the flip 6 you will not be disappointed. Read more
