Two-Day Wonder
I loved my JBL Playlist for the two days it worked. However, the honeymoon was short-lived. The speaker arrived very quickly, thanks Amazon! And set up was relatively easy... although the included instructions were lacking, especially if the consumer is not tech-savvy. The sound was great and ease of use was top notch. On the third day of use the speaker completely stopped working. I tried every way possible to reset it, watched numerous videos, and tried to connect JBL customer support (that was laughable). So I boxed the speaker back up and returned it. I will not be buying another JBL product again. Read more
