Awesome earbuds! They have a great sound and they work great. The sound does leek a little out and the battery is not quite as advertised. They last closer to 3-4 hours. The touch controls are easy to use. Overall, they are very comfortable and they fit good. Read more

Sound and features are very nice for the price and build quality. For me I have to use the larger included ear tips or else it just feels too loose and I like more of an in-ear fit. The Flex 2 with the large ear tips have the best fitment, again “for me”. Which is surprising to me because I was the most skeptical about these. The Buds 2 had terrible fitment, and the Beam 2’s sealed fine on my right ear, but it would fall out sometimes on my left ear. Beam 2 also had a lot of problems when trying to use them for calls. To really get the best out of these you definitely need to use the JBL app. Try messing around with the EQ. I put up a picture of what someone else did and made my own. I know it looks weird, but it really works well. So far I’m happy with these. I will update if any issues arise. Read more

Not sure why some give a negative review. They sound and feel great. Charge quickly, maintain a solid Bluetooth connection to my Pixel 9xl pro. Optional to change the control buttons for each ear bud through the app. So many options through the JBL app. They function as intended. I got a super bargain, on sale for $49 from $109. Read more

What I like: excellent sound and the multi-connecr support is excellent when working with multiple devices. What could be better: reception distance and battery life aren't as good the pair they replaced. If I go upstairs just 20ft. away they struggle to keep the connection stable. My biggest annoyance is they are hard to get out of the case. When they're seated, there arent any edges to get a good grip. If I get a work call, it's hard to get them out quickly. Read more

These small JBL wireless earbuds are amazing. They fit comfortably in my ears and the noise cancellation works really well. The sound quality is clear with great bass, and they are perfect for everyday use, calls, and workouts. Easy to connect and very convenient. Highly recommended! 🎧✨ Read more

I waited a couple months to give my honest, accurate and sad review. I had the JBL Tune Flex 1 for months and was amazing. I gave it to my younger brother and got the JBL Tune 2, hoping to have the same experience. The product do have interesting updates, like the noise cancelling, ambient aware and talk-through options. Although I couldn’t feel any difference between the first two, the talk-through option just lowers the volume and keep playing it. However, there are expressive downgrades compared to the first one: 1) connection. If you get far away, it disconnects easily. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not expecting to be 30 meters away. However, the same distance I was perfectly able to use it on the first one, now, it completely disconnects. ALSO IT UNSYNC RANDOMLY EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE PHONE IN FRONT OF YOU. It had happened several times while I am writing this review. Something that was rare, now it happens DAILY 2) battery. Although the battery is still very decent, nothing compared to the first one. That I had for almost a year and charged every 3 weeks. This one, I have to charge once a week. The earbuds have a good battery, but the case that charges it doesn’t have as good as the first one. 3) connection WHILE CLOSE. I am not sure how the connection is done, but if my phone is in my pocket upside down, the connection gets so unstable that every earbud loses its sync, and every single one starts playing in a different frequency. It’s crazy this happens!! I am very unsatisfied with this product and have been facing these issues since day 1. But waited to see if was going to keep like that or not. I would suggest to get the previous version or another brand earbuds (which I can’t recommend any bc I always preferred JBL due to its battery life) Read more

It comes with 4 different sizes of ear tips, so one of them will always fit. It's one of the only earbuds to have open ear and silicone tips available, which is a big plus. The sound quality is perfect and has great bass, and the case is surprisingly small. The only downside is that the plastic feels somewhat cheap, but it's not that big of a deal. It looks amazing with a silicone case as well Read more

I love these so much. Seriously the jbl app lets you control how much you hear from ambient aware, noise canceling, and talk thru. Ambient aware you can hear someone trying to talk to you or road noise but might not be able to catch what they say. Talk thru you can hear no music or just a bit, that one depends on what music app you are using. Noise canceling is on a scale of 1 to 10. The JBl app is so easy to use. One case charge lasts me 3-5 days when I use them about 60-80% of my day. Work great for any neurodivergent people who have issues with auditory over stimulation. Great to help focus on just your music and drown out other noise without needing to blare them at max. Great for when you just need something to dull the noise in Costco. Easy to connect to multiple devices and even connects to two devices at once. (Still figuring that feature out) I use them with my HP laptop, work Lenovo, android tablet, android phone, and my switch. These connect to everything easily. I cannot recommend these enough they are amazing for the price. I prefer these over airpods, beats, and skull candy. Ive had multiple wireless buds that I tired and just didn't meet my needs. My search is over! Read more
