Cute and comfortable
Blue light blocking glasses. I scroll on my phone at night when I go to bed and supposedly blue light blocking glasses are supposed to help you not mess up your sleep cycles if you look at a screen before bed. Thought I would try them out since I am looking at a computer for most of the workday and scrolling before bed. These look pretty cute and are very comfortable. Comes with a case, cleaning cloth and eyeglass screwdriver. Not sure I can tell any difference after three days but going to wear them for a month to give it more time. Read more
