When buying an end table, it's important to consider the description size. I was looking for a narrow end table to put next to a reclining easy chair. Initially, I found would that my husband and I loved, but when we got it, we found it was too high and too long for the space we wanted to put it in. We returned that end table, and then I found this one. This table is perfect for the space, and we love it with one disappointment. The drawer for this table is described as being 12"W x 20"L x 6"D. We had intended to use this drawer for electronic user manuals. My only disappointment is the described drawer measurements were the external measurements, and the interior dimensions of the drawer are actually 4.8"W x 13.7"L x 3.94"H. So, the drawer is much too narrow to contain manuals, magazines, or books. So, I decided to use a drawer in one of our other end tables to contain manuals and this drawer is used to store remotes for our electronics. So, what do I love about this table? 1) The size of this end table fits perfectly into the space we have for it. It is not higher than the arm of the chair, nor is it longer than the chair. 2) Although described as cherry/walnut, it is not as red as cherry nor is it as dark as walnut. It is a lighter walnut color with some red tones. The color fits perfectly with the other wood furniture we have. 3) This end table has the weight and wood grain of natural wood and is finished beautifully. 4) It was extremely easy to assemble, and was very well packed to prevent damage in shipping. 5) The drawer fits well and slides in and out easily. 6) The style of the legs on the table match the style of other end tables in the room. If the size of this end table fits your space and colors in the room, I would definitely recommend it. When buying furniture of any kind, it's important to pay attention to product dimensions. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. This is the real deal. Not cheap stuff posing as the real thing. Heavy Solid. Beautiful. Well made. Good instructions. Perfect usability. The ONLY thing I would change would be the height of the tables. But, having said that, they are proportional. So to make them taller, they would need to be wider, as well, which would be fine. This little end table is beautiful. Very well made and the wood finish is perfect. It looked hard to put together but was actually very easy. I do feel that this item should be sent UPS or FEDX and not through the mail. The box was heavily damaged but, thank goodness, the packing saved the table. Read more

I have literally been searching for a year and a half for the perfect side tables for the side of my and my husband‘s recliners. I needed narrow ones due to restricted space but also wanted a drawer for ink pens, chargers, etc. Most of what I’ve looked at were MDF board and very cheaply made. I happened on these.(and I’ve searched Amazon many times) and I am so glad I did. They are solid wood and they were a breeze to put together. We had each one put together in about 15 minutes, no tools required. There is also another shelf on the bottom that you can add a basket for additional items such as books, magazines, etc. or use as is. These are perfect for our needs. Read more
