Horrible Quality and Customer Service

This sweater came and looked as if it had been in a pile of clothes they couldn't sell. The white bow was limp, and gray, the sweater was thin and really poor quality. We had to leave suddenly for a family emergency and when I got back, I tried to return the sweater and was told I missed the deadline by a day. Amazon said they would reach out to the seller and hopefully they would allow me to return it. They received no response after telling me they sent it two times asking for an exception. Lesson learned. I just won't order here again. (The sweater was put in my Goodwill bag, perhaps someone there can use it) Read more
