This butane lighter has a really metallic look and feels pretty solid your hand. The quality is good enough to get the job done. The flip top makes a satisfying click sound when you open it which is kind of fun. The adjustable flame is handy but it took me a while to figure out the right setting because if the valve is turned too far either way it won't light properly. Once I got it dialed in though it works well for lighting candles and the stove. It does come etched with 2099 on the side. I'm not sure what this means, but it doesn't take away form the look too much. It doesn't come with butane so you'll need to fill it yourself before using, and filling it was a bit tricky the first time. Overall, a good value for the money. Read more
