Not just for treadmills

This is exactly what I wanted. I was gifted a used Nu Step from Physical Therapy. It’s an older model that they replaced. Doing 30 minutes was a chore because I got bored. Even watching TV wasn’t cutting it. I love to read and was trying to figure out how to attach my Kindle so i wouldn’t have to hold it and not get the arm workout. This did the trick. It got over top of the display. I used it this morning setting the timer on my phone for 30 minutes. Both my Kindle and phone fit perfectly. I started, only reaching out to tap the Kindle to turn the page. The 30 minutes flew by and I’m sure I could have gone longer. Read more
