I bought this power bank for my Starlink system, although I had very little knowledge about power requirements. While the AC outlet on this product provides a stable 110V output, its inverter has a relatively low power rating of only 100W. Because of that, it initially showed some instability when powering my Starlink. I contacted the seller to complain, even though I wasn’t very familiar with the technical details. The seller responded promptly and patiently helped me troubleshoot the issue until it was resolved. Thanks to their excellent customer service, I changed my rating from one star to five stars. This product works great and a charge lasts a long time. For the low wattage medical device we connect it to has been a good choice. We charge it off our Android phone charger. It does not come an AC charger. Read more

AC voltage is insufficient at around 106V, quite a bit short of the stated 120V, and out of spec for almost all things designed to work at 120V. I wouldn't plug anything important into this. Additionally, the device turns off after 30 seconds or so even when the 12V DC port is in use. I can't find a way to force it to stay on unless I plug something else in, needlessly wasting energy. It does charge fast and the USB ports do as they claim. Unfortunately, my primary use case depends on 120V AC and 12V DC, neither of which work well on this. Read more
