I received an opened bottle of perfume. It was advertised as new. I would not have purchased the product from Beauty Encounter if I had know the perfume was not new. I do not plan to purchase products from Beauty Encounter ever again and will encourage my friends not to avoid purchasing products from Beauty Encounter in the future due to their deceptive advertising.
