I'm 6' tall and wear 38 waist pants, so I straddle the line between Medium and Large in underwear. I ordered these in L, and I'd say I'm right at the lower end. They provide just enough support without being overly tight, and the support lasts all day without sagging. The cotton blend is soft, and feels more like cotton than some blends out there, which is quite nice. As a bonus, my wife likes the way they fit me. After reading other reviews mentioning this happening I thought it was just a small chance, but I wanted to note that my box of boxers was definitely previously opened (was torn up) and barely holding the boxers in, and one of the boxers looks worn/used. As much as I sympathize with clothing manufacturers needing to re-sell returned products, I think a lower price should be given in these situations and the choice given to opt out, especially in the case of underwear.
