What I didn’t like about this particular bidet was the Style of the on and off on the handle. The lever style is good and controls the pressure flow. I’m used to a different style is all. It works well. Good purchase. You would be happy with it. Read more

Worked well in the beginning, then started to drip from the head. Plumber fixed it and dripping stopped temporarily, and then started to drip again. Then one day it busted resulted in flooding inside the bathroom and adjacent closet. Very cheap and useless product. Cost me thousands of $$$ in repairing all the damages. Do not buy. Read more
We used all types of shattaf sprayers and all of them fail after few months due ti the hard water we have. All shattaf start leaking and causing a water leak. But this one has been installed for 2 years and still functions as smooth as new one, which is why I bought this second one. You might think it is more expensive than others, well you will replace it less, so you have the best value for your money on this. Good product. I bought a few of this same product from same seller over a year ago and I have zero leaks or issues with this product, so I bought more to add to a bathroom that did not have one.. I recommend this product as it outlasted many others that I had installed in the past. Read more
After a recent trip to several Asian countries where these are standard in every hotel, I had to update my bathrooms as soon as I returned home. I purchased two of them, and both installations were easy, quick, and clean. Pro tip: Have a small container and towel handy for when you disconnect the water line from the tank. Another tip: Do not overtighten the connections. Nice and snug will do. A quarter turn with a wrench after the fitting is finger-tip tight will do. Oh, and use the Teflon tape provided. I am SO HAPPY about the operation! The spray options are perfect, and the on-off lever is much better than the push lever on the older kitchen sinks. Read more
