Worked great for potty training my almost 2 year old daughter last year. No spills, no mess, easy to clean, even she begged to dump out her own 'messes'. Nice and low for my daughter to use. No bells and whistles but not needed, plus fewer places to HAVE to clean. Fit great in our medium sized bathroom and extremely portable for long car trips. Great esthetic and blends into any bathroom decor. Next year our son will be 2 and looking forward to training him and hopefully will be as easy or at least as easy to clean as with my daughter. Great product. Very happy mama Read more
This potty is replacing a soft-ring potty that my 4-year old used for the past 10 months, which was stinky. Let me get to the point: Pros: - Very easy to clean (only two pieces)! This is one of the main selling points for me. I hated his previous potty with a soft ring that soaked up the smell of urine. The super slick design also doesn't take up a lot of space. I like that it's minimalist and smart because so many models on the market, including the one we had before, have lots of nooks and crannies that make it hard to clean up spills and accidents. This makes mama happy. - The plastic is soft enough to sit on, yet hard enough to be a high end plastic. Also, it's important to me that it is made from environmentally-friendly plastic. My kid says it feels comfortable to sit on. That's good enough for me. - The urine guard is tall enough that my kid doesn't even need or want to aim down his peepee. Fair enough. The urine guard is also a handle to lift the inner seat for cleaning. Awesomeness. - Bonus: My kid feels like he's sitting on a space ship. That's fun. Cons: - It sits slightly low to the ground for my 4-year old. Having said that, I asked him if he minds it and he said he doesn't. I should mention that he is a 4-year old of regular height so when he's sitting on the potty, his knees are higher than the sitting area, instead of coming straight out. I almost wish there was an option for a larger size of exactly the same potty, but all the pros I mentioned before outweigh this one con. It's all good. Read more
My 3 year old son is 37in. tall and weighs 30lbs., so many of the potties were too small, but this one works great. The potty is low to the ground so good for toddlers starting potty training early, but for taller toddlers, maybe just using the potty seat over the toilet is a better option if they have no problem with the big toilet. Other than that... -very stable so doesn't slide or move around much -simple, lightweight and compact to put it in your bathroom or back of a car trunk -easy cleaning -price is not that expensive... compared to other brands -pee guard is high enough, but accidents do occur if my son is not sitting in the right direction or if he is not aiming down. I am happy with the product so giving it 5 stars, but only con would be that you can only use it as a training potty. Like some other potties, the insert does not work as a potty seat on the toilet and the potty does not transform into a stool either. Read more
Got it for its purpose and cute design; however once I started potty training my son, I found myself wishing it had a backrest of some sort. Other than that, it is a very sturdy potty with a grippy rubber bottom to keep it from sliding. It is also easy to lift and clean the inner bowl of the potty. Made of quality sturdy plastic. Love this way more than the one we have that looks like an actual toilet with too many distracting parts. It’s so easy to clean. Just 2 pieces. High pee guard for boys which was a concern for me. (I hate the removable ones bc they’re always falling in.) This is surprising sturdy. It’s never been tipped over and it’s easy to move around for trips. Would definitely buy again. Highly recommend!! Cool design. Read more
We really love this potty! It's so easy to use. The material is solid and very smooth, so it's durable and easy to clean. There is an extra lip so when boys pee, it blocks the stream. One of the best products we've bought on Amazon. Read more
I'm not going to lie, I bought this mainly because of the aesthetics - I like the way it looks (clean, sleek, white) but was wary of its structural integrity, mostly worried that it would tip over with a wiggly toddler sitting on it. After opening it and having my daughter sit on it and with her wiggly bottom on it, I can say that it's very sturdy, the shape of it makes it so that it's steady and also there's a weight to it that makes it stay down. Obviously if you tip it over it will probably tip with some pressure, but to me it's very stable and we like it thus far. Read more
I didn't intend to but I have bought like 4 different potty chair/seat products for my son during the whole process of potty training. If I just would have bought this one first, I probably wouldn't have felt the need to get anything else. This seat is by far the best stand-alone potty. It has a thick rubber grip on the bottom so it sits very stationary, and the way it's designed it is so easy for them to sit on and use it. It really positions them well naturally when they sit down on it, and the front guard is high enough to prevent a stray spray with little boys, which is such a relief!! The design just looks a lot cuter and more modern than other stand-alone toilets, too. Read more
