Joso Mobile Game Controller for iPhone Android PC Steam Direct Play 15 Hours Playtime Phone Controller Gamepad Joystick

I purchased this game pad on a whelm. I have used their previous models which required mapping and an app download. This gampad series definitely offers an upgraded experience. The connct and play option without having to spend hours configuring the key mapping to your favorite FPS .. possibly other games as well, just haven't tried anything else, makes the game pad much more enjoyable. The design is a sturdy plastic build. It does provide an ergonomic feel, which fits comfortably in your hands( That says a lot when your hands are small). The buttons takes a little time to familiarize oneself if your not use to an Xbox style button layout. The button response time is better than expected. The overall all game play is enjoyable. For the price I would say this was a fun buy , affordable, and so far it does exactly what it is designed to do.. provide an entertaining experience. It's my first controller for my phone so it's what I base my preference on for future devices. Battery life is sufficient for Minecraft. Which is the only game I use it for. Holding down the button for continuous digging is cool. I bought a different one for my son to play Minecraft and it doesn't do the continuous digging. The only downside is it's micro USB charge plug. Which only sucks now bc everything else I own is now c type. I have to dig and search to find a micro now. I was skeptical at first when purchasing this but I love the handling of it better than my previous controller. The joysticks are what sold me. They are the equivalent to my Xbox series controller. I was even able to use my extra joystick grippers and attach them to my controller. Now I'm playing cod mobile and Ninga Turtles: Shredder revenge with ease. You would think there are latency issue with it being Bluetooth but it connects flawlessly. Definitely a bang for your buck and you can also use it with your Xbox Game Pass. Read more

I have returned to write a review on this Joso controller. There is nothing worse than buying a dollar store equivalent controller, that not only lags, but feels like a cheap toy from the 80s. Maybe I was a little harsh. At least it works, right? It does function, but the rules it breaks, I thought the button placement might be revolutionary. This controller is absolutely not worth the money that made it, and buying one might guarantee you just bought 10 units worth of 3d printing. I almost felt like the thumbsticks were slipping off of my thumbs. Positives? It looks really cool. Negatives? The d-pad is "buttons". None of the buttons press satisfactorily. Lag, but that might be because of the Bluetooth. Maybe buy it for a kid that doesn't know better. Especially if you want to punish them 😏. Read more
