The extra wide calf is perfect for having a pair of boots wide enough to be able to wear your jeans inside the boot. I've looked around for 2 years to find black knee-high riding boots that had a calf wide enough to fit comfortably (even though my calves are not all that large) and to be able to wear the leg of my jeans inside my boots. I Love love the boots! I have 2 pair black and these in brown. Im 5’6 Size 9 wide since i have a 17” calf these fit me perfect! I noticed on my new brown boots at the back seam of shaft where it connects to shoe the seam has pulled from sticking so you can see a little white where the vinyl is pulled. but nothing a marker wont fix Read more

I love these boots! I ordered the cognac color and will soon order them in black as well. They do a great job of hugging my calf enough to look slim but leave enough room at the top to be flexible. My calves measure between 17"-18" so it's hard finding cute boots that fit but don't look "wide" and the adjustable buckles at the top help with that. Considering they're so inexpensive they don't look or feel cheap. I also love that they are knee-high and not mid-calf the way some boots are. Read more

It’s so hard to find actual wide calf boots; I was pleasantly surprised at these! I do wish for more arch support (I just use some inserts) and a little more tread on the bottom would be nice. But they fit nicely on my big calves with plenty of room to spare, and I get a ton of compliments every time I wear them. Thank you! Read more
