Got this for work, since I was tired of using the keyboard on my MacBook and having to move the whole laptop just to type more comfortably. Arrived fairly quickly. Does not include the 3 Double AA batteries needed- (2 for keyboard 1 for mouse). The Nano USB is inside the mouse cover, next to where you insert the batteries. Linking to my computer was not difficult, however, my MacBook tried to identify my keyboard by having me type and the letters were not registering. But once I opened a browser and typed on the keyboard, everything was working- so no manual set up required apart from inserting the batteries, nano USB into the computer, etc. Note: on apple computers, you have to hold down the windows button and the C or V (copy and paste function) it will not work using Ctrl+C or Ctrl+V Overall very satisfied with the product! I bought this to use with my PC at work. The space bar hardly ever wants to work, and I'll even type other keys and the keyboard will sometimes not pick them up. I'm not sure if this is a connection issue or what. The keys are also in odd places for the keyboard to be condensed. Why have the "backspace" key be smaller and placed RIGHT NEXT TO the "delete" key? The amount of times I have messed up whatever I've been working on due to that. And, if the keyboard is meant to be condensed, why add keys in other places that isn't standard on other keyboards? Like another "backspace" key on the number side... At least manufacture the keyboard to be universal with all other keyboards. Lastly, the mouse is awful! I have changed the batteries time and time again, and it has little to no sensitivity. It doesn't budge half the time when I try to move it. When it finally does, it doesn't usually go where I want it to go. You have been warned, this is a waste of money. Buy another product that is better and actually worth it. A mouse with a wire would be better than this wireless one. Read more
