This is a gorgeous set. I got it for evening runs and I like the fact that on me it is not a crop top. If that's what you want then you should be over 5"1. For me it is perfect. The material is very tight but there is no seam on the front of the pants so you will not get camel toe. I finally have a thigh gap. The material is like the checkmark brand type of compression pant. It squeezes in all the right places. I would recommend that you be in good shape for the outfit to not squeeze or go for a M. This isn't a judgement call as I think if it were a crop on me I would go M as well. But baby steps and this will keep me working out at home so I can sport it outside when we are all free again. Felt snatched in. Great material, and construction. BUT too warm for summer or humidity and way small sized. I am 118lb thin but athletic frame- 5'4.5" ,typically a 24waist/00/0 and 33.5 bust/XS/Small top. I ordered a Medium. Very very tight. The pants I could get away with but the top looked like it should fit a toddler. I would definately consider ordering again from this company I just wanted something more versatile for spring summer so I am sending it back. I did get a steal on it too! I think with the sale and coupon something like 13.00 for through jacket and pants. I do recommend it just be mindful you may need at least 2 sizes larger than your typical. What i didn't like is the jacket should be sold separately because everyone body is different. I'm small weight 120lbs and 5ft 3in..and had to buy a large. The outfit is good quality but there sizing chart to me is wrong. I would suggest go a size or 2 up for a nice fit. Read more

I was so excited to receive my workout set until I tried it on.. I got a large thinking it would be a stretchy set .. this material is super tight.. I’m normally a size medium (I’m 5’0 weight 168) but I wanted to let a large for loose fitting smh.. turns out a large is too small for me & im not even a big girl.. I’m highly disappointed.. and the fact that I was suppose to get it on Thursday but they delayed it til Friday was even more upsetting.. The bottoms fit perfect with a nice stretch. It gives the glutes a little lift but has very little tummy control. If you are top heavy, the jacket may not fit well. My arms barely fit in it and I can’t zip it up. I am athletic built, 165 lbs. 5’6, 38D, bought a large. If you have tiny arms and a flat stomach, the jacket may fit you perfect. I normally wear small size and I ordered medium because I want a little bit of room. I understand it’s a compression leggings but the medium is super tight, and the fabric feels so cheap, not soft to touch. The price was a steal but it explains why. I would not recommend this product. Spend your money to a better and brand name product instead. Read more
