My daughter is 20 months old and recently had brain surgery. She has a very big cut/scar on her hair line and I needed something to cover it so it didn’t scare other children at daycare and these were perfect. The wide head bands i bought came in perfectly wrapped in a baggie. They are stretchy so my big headed baby doesn't feel bothered by them. She was born in the 70th percentile (yea, ouch) and has been able to use them for her whole first year. One did get a little stringy but thats what gives it the flexibility.
