We bought this case with our young kids in mind, as they needed something that could protect our tablet and at the same time not be to heavy and bulky for them to use. We took a chance on this one because it has astand built in to the back and the charging port has a protective cover. Shipping was fast as we received it in less than 48 hours from the time of purchase. The low purchase price was another factor in our decision. Less than one day after we installed the case it paid for itself, because our child dropped the tablet from their car seat onto the ground as they were getting out of our vehicle from a distance of about 5 feet or more. The case worked perfect and protected the tablet from breaking. The case itself took no damage either. The case does not have a screen protector so I would recommend purchasing one for it, especially if this is for a toddler or young child just for protection from spills or other items being dropped onto the screen.
