I bought 3 the 9.3" bangles. I tried to get them on and I just couldn't. I am so sad! I measured the bangle and they are true to size. My wrist is 7.5" but the largest part of my hand (measured around the base of my thumb knuckle, around my hand) is 9.5". These are very well made. Solid stainless steel.
