Great product for hand bruises

I purchased this product to cover bruises on the back of my hands that result from daily use of baby aspirin. They are unsightly, and this product has been amazing. It's not perfect, but it's close enough! I ordered the light/medium, and I've been very pleased with the results of mixing some of the shades on my hands. I've recently started to use a product first as a base; it's by L.A. Girl, ProConceal (available at Ulta), which is very helpful in covering bruises but it lacks the staying power of Judith August Killer Cover. I apply it first with small dabs, spread it gently and let it settle in for about 30 - 60 seconds. Then I apply this cover, using a blend of dots of various shades, and blending them with my finger. I set it with my facial powder. It stays on very well all day. Handwashing will bring some fading, but that's to be expected. I just try not to get that area soapy. Read more

This is amazing stuff

I recently had a lot of bruising on my face due to a surgery. I found this while doing a search for cover up and thought I would give it a try. I was AMAZED at the results! It is easy to use and will cover up the darkest bruising. You can create a perfect match to you skin tone and it lasts until you take it off with standard cleansing. Plus, it is a large pallet that will last a long time. I am even using it to cover the age spots on my body when wearing short sleeves and shorts during the summer and it works great! Read more
