It’s built like a tank and doesn’t treat juicing like a delicate science project. The biggest win here is the "whole fruit" claim. I can drop entire apples and fat carrots right into the top without touching a knife. It’s got a 300W motor that sounds more like a low-frequency hum than a screaming jet engine, so I can get my juice at 6:00 AM without waking up my daughters or the dog. Speaking of which, our little female Maltipoo, Joy, is a fan too. I usually run a few extra carrots through just to get some fresh juice for her—she laps it up. The juice yield is impressive; the pulp comes out bone-dry, so I know I’m not throwing money in the trash. If I had to find a fault, it’s that the machine is a bit of a beast on the counter. It has a footprint that demands its own zip code, so you’ll need some real estate for it. Also, while it says "easy clean," there are still three or four parts you have to scrub. They give you a brush, which helps, but don't expect it to clean itself. For the money, this is a solid value. It feels much more expensive than the price tag suggests, and it’s rugged enough that I don't feel like I’m going to snap a plastic tab every time I lock the lid.
