I am not a big bar soap user because I enjoy soft soap, but I was intrigued by these soaps because of their rock and roll marketing targeted at women. To be honest, I think the marketing and the packaging of these soaps is better than the actual soap itself. The packaging is pretty, the marketing lingo is fantastic and just that made me want to try the soap out. I have given the soap a fair trial and I have to admit that I am surprised at how much lather you get from the soap and the scent of the soaps is definitely evident. Maybe it's because I generally go no scent with my things, that the scent of these soaps is very bold. I generally like vanilla and I've used the vanilla bar more than the others and found it okay. It's not something I would write home about, and it stays on your skin after you rinse. That I actually do like, which is why these soaps are targeted for women. I can't see my husband wanting to smell like a vanilla bean all day long. I think of the three I get to try I like the green Born to be Wild bar the best because the scent is the most mild - to my nose. I really like the Rose Hips bar because I like the smell of roses and it definitely smells like that. The other thing is I like that these soaps are made of good ingredients and so that's a plus and a win. So, overall, I give them a 5 star. I can't see myself buying a lot of these soaps personally, but I can see giving them as a gift to a music lover or someone who is into natural products. As another reviewer stated, it's a nice thing to have in a guest bathroom. To me, this is a novelty soap more than a daily use soap. Read more

As someone who's always on the hunt for natural, skin-friendly products, I've hit the jackpot with JUKEBOX Soap! This isn't just another bar of soap - it's a sensory experience that hits all the right notes. First off, the scent selection is absolutely killer. "Vanilla on Vinyl" is like a smooth jazz melody for your skin - warm, inviting, and completely intoxicating. "Born To Be Wild" brings that rebellious energy that makes you feel like you're ready to take on the world, while "Rose Hips Don't Lie" is a fresh, floral symphony that leaves you feeling refreshed and confident. What really impressed me is the cold process method and commitment to natural ingredients. As someone with sensitive skin, I'm always cautious about what I use. These soaps are a game-changer - no harsh chemicals, no artificial nonsense, just pure, natural goodness that treats your skin right. Each 4.5 oz bar feels substantial and luxurious, and the fact that it works for all skin types is a major win. The Dr. Squatch brand clearly knows what they're doing. These soaps lather beautifully, leave my skin feeling clean without that dry, stripped feeling, and the scents are long-lasting without being overwhelming. It's like a concert for your shower - each wash is an experience. Pro tip: The packaging is super cute, making these perfect for gifts or treating yourself to a little self-care moment. At this price point for a 3-pack, it's an absolute steal. Cons? Honestly, I'm struggling to find any. Maybe that I'll run out too quickly because I can't stop using them! Highly recommended! πΏπ΅ Pros: - Natural ingredients - Amazing scents - Works for all skin types - Cold process method - Great value Cons: - May cause serious shower-singing addiction π Read more

I just love bar soap, especially when it smells as fantastic as this Vanilla on Vinyl Natural Body Soap from Jukebox. The soap comes as three bars in a zip baggie and each bar is in its own box with a cute little hole in the front so that you can see and smell it. And speaking of smells, this soap smells so fabulous I could not wait to use it. The vanilla is foremost, but it's much more complex than that because the ylang ylang gives it a high bright note, then there is the spiciness of the pachouli and beneath it all is the dark and warm amber component. In addition to the smell, the soap is simply a joy to use. It lathers up beautifully into a soft rich foam and rinses easily without leaving any sort of film on the skin. After using it, I barely felt the need to moisturize, though I always do. One reason I love this soap is because it contains castor oil which I have found to be one of the best plant oils for gently moisturizing/ softening my skin. It also has a bit of clay to pull out impurities, but not so much of it that it feels drying, likely because of the shea butter in it. This is a wonderful daily use soap that fills my bathroom with lovely smells, and leaves my skin feeling oh so nice. Currently this soap sells for around $15. For the three bars, and at 5 bucks each I think it's a sweet deal. Read more

As I enter my seventh decade of living and bathing, I have settled with using unscented and glycerin based soaps so that I do not dry out my thin, sensitive skin. I ran across a natural bar soap with only natural ingredients; no parabens, phthalates, sulfates. I ordered a 3 bar (4.5 ounces each) set of JUKEBOX Soap for Women, a Dr. Squatch Brand. The scents are subtle Vanilla, Pear & Rose Hips. Each bar is made by cold process and from scents come from natural orgins. JUKEBOX uses only natural ingredients like shea butter, natural oils, and kaolin clay. I get a lot of lather from using a little soap and the bar doesn't seem to melt very fast, so may last a while. The vanilla smells sweet and warm. The pear smells fresh and little spicy. The rose hips smell tart and is my favorite scent in this variety pack. Each soap in this set comes individually boxed so they're great for stocking stuffers or gift giving. Although my skin feels soft and the soap doesn't leave my skin dry or tight, I still prefer using a glycerin based soap but I am glad that I gave the JUKEBOX Soap for Women a try. I recommend you try it if you are looking for a more natural kind of bar soap that lathers up and has a subtle scent. Read more
