I love that it connects to an app but it also has buttons on the device itself where you can set the time and alarms for anyone who doesn't want to work with an app. I appreciate the app functions and features. It has the option to mute the volume, which I like. The digital clock has a big clear display and the pill dispenser also has a boot in magnifying glass over the dose number. The circular tray that holds the pills is removable which is helpful for filling the tray. It comes with the 4 batteries required, 9 different rings for multiple dosages/day, 2 keys to lock/unlock the dispenser - which is super important for safety reasons. The app is easy to navigate - connecting, setting of alarms, how long the alarm will dismiss as a "missed dose". There is an option to "take in advance" in the app. The app shows if the battery is normal or low. For each alarm you can enter the medication type, dosage amount and how many pills. It's really super convenient. It's easy to lock and unlock - just rurnbThe only thing I wish the key would be magnetic or something so I could stick it to a the fridge or somewhere I know it won't get misplaced. This is a sturdy plastic container that is well designed with several options/features. I found it a bit tricky to set up and use at first but was simple once I figured it out. It does come with 2 small metal keys to open the case for safety but could be problematic if they get lost. I liked that you could program it for multiple times per days if needed and there are several "rings" included to identify this. Using it with the phone is also fairly easy for reminders. What a great idea. I bought this with a relative showing signs of Alzheimer’s. Being able to assure the right amount and timing of medication while away for a short time is very thought full. The dispenser has multiple settings for various dosing amounts and an alarm to help remind you it’s time to take your medicine. Bluetooth technology also keeps loved ones informed and in control. Pills for a week or for as long as a month can be programmed. The design is nicely done with a locking doors and two keys.
