Love this pencil sharpener it’s perfect for homeschooling allowing you to take it with you anywhere you plan to have class. The charge so far seems to last a long time with a great deal of pencils being sharpened. I had only charged it once since it arrived and have emptied the shavings compartment several times. The shavings compartment is a great size and stays in place by requiring you to twist off the top which is nice to keep the shavings from becoming a mess on the floor with kids independently using it. The media could not be loaded. This is a nice pencil sharpener that does it's job well. The things that I love about it are 1. It's rechargeable (usb-c). So, it's portable and no costly batteries. 2. It's unique in that you don't have to hold down the pencil. You push it in, and it'll sharpen it until it's done and then pop right back out. I recommend! Read more

This is a Great product. As a teacher, I needed something sturdy, but I had no place to plug in a big sharpener or mount a wall one. I love this sharpener with a rechargeable battery, so it can sit on any shelf. It does regular pencils and also Tri-Write and colored pencils.
