I like the tote but carry it as a purse as well. Good quality. Tapestry colorful and full body material. Gold sequins highlighting one side, all over bright colors tastefully displayed. Background color black, and foreground bright colors of gold, red turquoise, and green. It is suppose to be a bird but does not look like one. Did not like the hanging charms on purse, easily removable. Replaced with tassles. Inside of purse roomy, nicely lined, pockets, and good zippers. Very nice removable crossbody strap. I had been browsing tote bags as a birthday gift to myself, mainly to use daily to and from work and to carry the shoes I change into. I'm a mature lady with eclectic taste and really enjoy unique and whimsical items. This handbag fits the bill. The size is good enough to carry my wallet and makeup case, but not super ideal to carry a pair of shoes. I also do not usually care for black interiors because it just makes it difficult to find your things. It has an interior side zip pocket that I use for my keys, and the other side has two slots that I use for my phone and sunglasses. The design on the outside is really magical. Another poster made a comment that it was like you could almost pull a giraffe out of it, which is literally what made me hit the Buy Now button. TBH when I first removed it from the packaging, I was disappointed - something didn't seem right. After a day of use, I realized that I didn't like the jangly things hanging off the sides of the bag. To me, they made this seem more like a craft project than a fun tote bag. I wound up cutting those off and now I positively love it. By removing those hanging jangly things, I may have just removed the ability to tighten the top section, as shown in the seller's first picture, but I do not care. I really like how it looks now. I ordered and returned 2 bags before this one and they were either too small or too big and just not right for my needs so this was a last choice before giving up on ordering a new bag to carry my work items in. I am happy to say that it is Perfect! It fits all that I carry; an 11in tablet, 1 in. binder & a few other items with room for a few smaller things if needed, and the two side pockets are perfect for keys or a cell phone. On top of all of that it is a well made bag with quality knit work. Thick durable straps that are long enough for the bag to be carried on your shoulder and decorative beads at a very affordable price. I will say that the only draw back that I am able to work around is that the side pockets are not that deep, they do not extend to the bottom of the bag so a standard size water bottle or cup will not fit all the way down into it, but; I'm okay with that being the only draw back. Waited a while to get this, only to not be able to open one of the heavy bag clips to the shoulder strap. Other was fine. The bag has weird shaped triangles of material on the bottom sides that were misshaped and did nothing for the look! Sequins on one side only. Flimsy but cute. The clip is a huge disappointment.
