I really like these Just Bare® lightly breaded chicken breast fillets. They taste fresh and have great texture, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. While these taste great, I think the "lightly breaded" label can be a bit misleading for those on strict low-fat diets. The nutrition label shows 8g of fat and 14g of carbs per serving, which is significantly higher than plain chicken breast. If you are watching your fat intake or cholesterol, just be aware that the breading does soak up oil. They are delicious as a treat, but I wouldn't rely on them as a daily lean protein source. These are delicious chicken breasts, and make as good a sandwich as you will ever get at Popeye's or Chick fil-A, in fact maybe better. Make sure to turn them halfway through for the best results, and try adding some tomato sauce and mozzarella for a yummy Chicken Parm - yummy! Read more
