Very pleased with these purses, the downfall was after waiting a WHILE for shipment, it was the wrong purse, we called Justin West, after proving it was the wrong purses, they told us, clearly someone there had packed the wrong number, so I could ship back, then I waited just as long for the correct purses. As Justin West said they have to receive the wrong purse, before shipping out the correct one?! So, that being said, I do love the purse, but will not be ordering from Justin West again, to many georgious purses out there without the issues. Sorry Justin West. Read more
