These little plastic baskets are super cute and nice quality. They are little but that is what I wanted to fit cleaning products under my sink. Honestly, they are too cute for this but I know they will make me smile every time I clean my guest bathroom and since I really don't enjoy cleaning my bathroom this will surely inspire me! I haven't decided yet what to do with the 2nd basket, so it's waiting patiently on a stool by my stairs, but I'm contemplaiting putting in my larger bathroom upstairs on the counter to hold hair products. I ordered this set of Plastic Shower Caddy Portable,Tote Storage Organizer Basket Bin with Handle for Bathroom,Dorm,College,Camp,Travel,2 Pack,Cream plastic baskets for my teenage son, who is heading off to two different music camps this summer to study composing and opear and classical voice. My son needed a shower caddy for his camps, to carry toiletries to and from the shared communal bathrooms. One if the camps has cabins with limited storage space, so I wanted something with a small silhouette that could still hold a fair amount. These come in a two pack; he can use one at the camp with cabins, and use both at the camp where he’ll be in a college dorm where two rooms share one bathroom (more storage space!) These baskets are made from polypropylene; a lightweight plastic. The baskets are designed with a large open weave, excellent for air circulation. You could take one of these into a communal shower room with your plastic bottles of shampoo/conditioner/soap; you could easily pour any water that got inside out through the pen weave. The baskets measure about 10” long x 7” wide at their largest; the baskets are rectangular with curved edges, so are wider at some points. The folding handles collapse into the basket for storage, extended, they have a drop of about 3 1/2”. These are kind of a cream color, the handles are a butterscotch color. There’s a flat rectangle with rounded edges on the front of the basket where you could write a name with a Sharpie; you need some sort of permanent marker that won’t rub off the plastic. This a nice set of smaller storage baskets; they’re nice bathroom caddies, but you could use them for organizing and storage all over the house. They could hold slices or small kitchen gadgets in the kitchen, office supplies in a study/home office, small toys in the playroom, remotes in the rec room, laundry supplies, clothespins, and dryer balls in the laundry room… well, you get the point. These baskets are small, sturdy, and hold a surprising amount. My son isn’t off to camp yet, so I started putting some of his toiletries in one of the baskets to get an idea of its capacity. I put in his shaving supplies; razors, blades, shaving creams. I added a couple bottles of his cologne, a couple boxes of acne patches. Still lots of room. I added my husband’s shaving stuff. Still room. I added my facial cleansers, toner, some hair oil, my facial scrub puffs. Still room. He’ll have plenty of room for his toiletries for camp. At the current price ($18.99 for two) I think this is a nice deal; I’ve seen single baskets this size sell in the $20 price point. The baskets are sturdy and pretty strong, and very capacious; I’m thinking about getting more. I’m in the midst of spring cleaning; I’ve definitely discovered rooms on our house that could use a bit more storage. At this price, I might stock up on a couple more sets of these useful baskets. By the way, they can nest for storage when empty. (I don’t think the’ll be empty often in our house.) Read more
