Bought the house and this filter already came installed. I’ve been meaning to change it. Not sure how long it’s been used, but we lived in the house for six months until I changed it and water tasted fine. Just figured it was time to change it. Pretty easy install, just have bucket and towels ready and turn water line off for fridge or where ever it’s going to. Took about 5 mins to fully purge system of air but also replaced fridge filter at same time. Make sure to push down on the blue tabs and pull tube at same time to remove or just push in. Should hear a solid connection. Make sure flow is correct. It’s marked on here but a little hard to see at first. Read more
