I was using this brush at first for cleaning up around the cuticles with acetone, but I felt like that was fraying the bristles so I started to use it for polygel application. I like it a lot better for the intended purpose made application go smoothly. I would say if you want to use the brush as a clean up brush probably use alcohol instead. Brush works amazing!! I used it for poly gel application and it’s flawless. The brush area arrived detached but it wasn’t anything glue could not fix. Package arrived destroyed. Wrote to seller and suggested better packaging should be used. Unfortunately have not heard back from them, but I truly love this brush. Recommend it 100% and will definitely be buying again. BEST BRUSH I EVER USED! BUT I'm a beginner at doing my nails at home. Works great with my polygel , better than ANY other BRUSHES I've tried This far. And came recommend nail tech youtuber& happy I gave it a try& it was reasonable priced $5-8. I just started doing poly gel and at first attempt using 3 other brushes they had me ready to quit and NEVER try again . I brought this one on a whim & it was literally a GAME CHANGER . I use it for toes and hands . The original one I brought the brush part slid off after two uses but I got a replacement and haven’t had issues since .
